Not if you consider the giant hand launcher that would be needed, it would be camped for paper folding being spotted...
The weakness of the PAA (Paper Attack Airplane) is that while it doesn't attract AA fire, the support class seems to rip it's wings to shreds, not to mention the Tracers could light this on fire.
It also has a payload capacity limit, causing the PAA to slowly spiral downwards when overloaded!

EA brings back old 1.03 days with new black hawk weapon. Artillery taken out of the game due to 1337n3ss of it's latest creation. Gun recoil issues will be fixed in patch 9.87

EA has just released the newest version of their new multifunctional vehicle... an oversized grenade launcher has been attached to catch the interest of new players aswell.
Interesting side note: Looks like the USMC - instead of using the old flare technology - is now relying on new, but already field tested, AA countermeasures.
