It's pretty good, but you don't need much in your mouth to have the full flavor experience.
Nibbling on one piece is enough, and a whole bar lasts very long.
The consistency was as hard as cooking chocolate.
I can't imagine 100% one, since that would mean no cacao butter, i.e. fatty parts to keep the thing together.
