I don't think there's much you can do except plead guilty. It's kinda like getting a traffic ticket except the officer doesn't have to show up IIRC. He told me that since it's my first offense I can most likely get away with just doing community service (plus a processing fee) or a smaller fine. I figure he's right. He said using a fake can be an arrest offense but since it was my first time breaking the law and I was very nice and cooperative, he only gave me the citation. I'll just dress nice and work the same charm on the judge.Jay wrote:
