I bought 12 pairs of nice wool socks I plan to give out to homeless people begging this winter instead of feeling guilty about not giving my spare change.
I read on teh interwebz that socks are the "most needed but least often item given to shelters". Of course everything on the internet is true so this will go swimmingly.
Not sure how it's gonna work but I WILL report back. If I have to buy more I'll buy more, 12 seems like it could go quickly depending on how many I see, or I could give like 1 all winter.
