I seduced a Trump supporting Egyptian teacher.
She drives me home from work everyday which is cool too. Knows about my girlfriend and is cool with that also.
She was having a dispute with a black substitute teacher.
I basically gave her the advice on how to get the lady fired. And the lady was fired.
The craziest thing is that this opportunity to sleep with this lady and the fallout it had for the other lady are all the result of me actually moving up in the district.
Since I am doing my educational leadership internship I needed to log hours working for a supervisor. He gave me the directive to help a new hire. This old white lady.

And that is how we started talking.
So basically by trying to become an admin, this opportunity to sleep with her came up. I know that is not the lesson to learn from all of this but it happened. Also, this black lady became a victim of my sexual issues which doesn't look good on the Arab lady either. Bizarre utterly bizarre

honestly macbeth's picaresque stories here only confirm to me every stereotype about high-school teachers that even 15 year old dipshit kids know to be profoundly and utterly true: they're a bunch of bored and understimulated gossips, as if they never left school in the first place. teachers are up there with nurses in the leagues of workplace drama and pettiness.
Friday at 1pm I realized a folder was deleted on the network. Put in a ticket and have not even heard a were looking into it since. This includes 2 others contacting IT and me following up.

Dealing with the nonsense of some of the women I work with. Not nonsense directed at me but I get swept into their work problems and have to trouble shoot and guide them out.
I guess that is the price you have to pay to do what I do. I think the women are often scammy about this too. I think they realize that if they give me play that I will be required to fight their battles.

What happened is that she was given a homeroom of emotional disturbed students. A kid cursed her out because they didn't want to sit in homeroom during extended homeroom. They wanted to leave. So they left. Security had to bring them back. There's more to it but she hates the homeroom and wants to get rid of it. There's nothing we can do about that though.
I was having a discussion with my classroom assistant when she asked "What are we even doing with these kids? They don't want to learn. What is the plan when they graduate?" I explained that there isn't any plan.
I think we are living through the end of school systems where kids go to a big building and get taught in classrooms.
There's nothing in the constitution about schools. Eventually they will be eliminated as a cost saving measure. Everyone will be put on some kind of virtual learning setup. The type of school system we were educated in will be something people will need to pay money to go to. Very expensive.

it's really bizarre hearing some of the same conservatives, who screamed about kids suffering from not going to their (public) school during covid closures, also rooting for the end of public education.

Pretty sure i will be fired before the week is up. I've applied to 18 jobs today.
I have been disillusioned and frustrated for a while now, and my boss is well aware of my perspective. I'm looking for jobs to hold me over but it's clear to me that the corporate world doesn't scratch the intellectual itch and challenge me in the way that I prefer in my professional career.
Potentially looking to cash out some investments and start my own thing down the road in a year or two.

It wasn't bad. I expressed a stern disagreement with something she wanted to do using my budget, and her response was (paraphrasing) "well I'll just get approval from corporate and there's nothing you can do about it." This was after I told her I would talk to my boss to find another budget to charge the trip to.
This was a 26 year old grad fresh off and MBA in her first real.job. but because the executive leadership team here is scared shitless of our corporate overlords I'll likely be sacrificed to the gods of private equity.
I didn't yell at all, but im pretty terse in my job and acknowledge i can be condescending when dealing with people who are intellectually lazy. I would say at least 50% of my job is people trying to use my brainpower to solve their problems and it's wearing on me

I think I've mentioned it here before, but I have to attend corporate retreats every year for an executive mentorship program I'm in, and I've struggled with them. I walked out of the first one on the second of 3 days, and the last one I attended I was mockingly asked by one of the presenters if i wanted to give the rest of the presentation. I was literally told to stop participating so much to give other people a chance. From a company where the culture is to promote people with high drive and intelligence.
I know im extremely aloof in these enivornments and not good at playing the ass sniffing game, but it's been challenging coming to terms with the real idea of building alliances within corporate leadership in order to get promoted. Im really fucking good at what I do and I've built high performing teams from the ground up at the last two jobs I've been at, but it's not enough because I refuse to play the game.

That reminds me of the time I called black lady clerk at the post office a rude bitch.
I am generally not an aggressive person.
I was with my girlfriend in NYC. We needed to go to the post office last minute to get something so they can process her passport at the embassy. My girlfriend is Chinese. She often complains that black women are rude to her and has complained that I don't defend her.
My girlfriend was politely trying to get help at the counter. She asked the lady if this is the correct stamp and envelope she needs because it was important. The lady gave her an attitude and was like "I wouldn't give it to you if it wasn't the right one."
So after we finished the transaction I...I called the black lady clerk a rude bitch.
My girlfriend was happy that I defended her.
And all it took was making a clerk feel bad.
