Yeah, we have that planned too. Also going to the Highline Park, Eilis Island, and some neighborhood in lower Manhattan my girlfriend wants to see (she's a city planner, so it's to be expected).

I went up it when I was about 14, but it couldn't hurt to go again. There is so much to do on our list that I'm not sure we'll have time. We're only in NY for 4 days.
