So the spring garden is fully planted. Tomatoes, peas, beans, cucumbers, peppers, lettuce, potatoes, strawberries, and black berries. We also set up a mini vineyard. Two concords and two varieties of seedless grapes. It seems Tabasco peppers are nowhere to be found though. Ordered some seeds and waiting for them to sprout.

May post some pics later, if this thread gets any use.

I used to grow tomatoes. Cats used to ruin them though so I gave up and lost interest.

I'm thinking on growing some chili. I'll probably end up killing them too like every other plant...

Pretty much grow a couple pots of cherry tomatoes and have a bunch of herbs growing out the sides of cinder blocks. The rest of the "garden" is all berry and grape.

I was thinking about growing some. Just a small herb garden to start. I'm limited on space, but does anyone have any suggestions?

I probably will grow tomatoes and a few herbs like basil, rosemary, thyme and lovage this year.

We have some wild grapevine growing over the thuja hedge, which might bear some fruit this year.
There's also a wild elder bush, which had enough elderberries to make several glasses of jam last year.
Kudos to the birds that shat the seeds in our hedge!

Other than that, all my plants are cactuses. You just can barely kill them.
I'll leave them out on the balcony for half a year and water them about once a week and put them into the basement for the other half, not watering them at all.
Two of them even blossomed before:

Aphids be straight murkin my basil plants. I got some with my fingers and gave the rest a few nice strong sprays of water from a squirt bottle but the damage is already done. I'm making some organic pesticide but the plants have been eaten/pruned down so I'll have to wait longer for my pesto.

Fuckin aphids.
