I'm looking for one that will allow me to have the video going and be able to overlay .jpgs and .gifs from one frame till another frame (aka not have to go frame by frame adding them in), as well as text, and do it as simple as possible.

Along with all the cutting and snipping, and editing sound, and etc.

Might be very odd, but just asking.
