Instead of losing lives you drink a shot.
Many possibilities to add variations and house rules that increase the frequency of drinking.

My favourites:
--Changing the direction of passing the dice whenever there was a 21 or someone has drunk a shot.
--Passing the dice without announcing a score, so you have to remember what score are still possible to raise.

Don't use liquor, or the game will be over in 20 minutes.

He's really only done it a few times, I was just trying to make a good truth into a better story

He does love a drink though. Last year on his bday he started drinking at 7:30am. The party didn't start till the evening. He and I were the last ones up at 4:30am

This year they they attempted to give away a divorce for free, the idea being that the unknowing party would have to find out live on air. It backfired spectactularly.
