The deck is built using mox's, black lotuses, and other artifacts and draw spells. The mox's and black lotus are self explanatory. The other artifacts do one of three things: uptaps a single artifact, untaps all artifacts, gives you mana for all artifacts on your side. The blue draw spells are there so you draw the cards you need to keep the combo going.
It used to be super common in tournaments until most of the cards in the deck got banned. Since most of the cards are also out o print like the mox's and black lotus, the deck is extremely expensive to make. Somewhere around 20K from what I have heard

That's it in action. This is actually a weaker version of it since the old mana rules made black lotus and other temp mana permanent.
(I know that squirrel decks are easily beat, but they're fun as hell to play with)
