It's from an old Real Time Strategy game called Age of Empires II. The priest unit was used to convert other units. The meme pic is just pointing out the absurdity of the unit.

Age of Empires a strategy game from the late 90's/early 00's. There was one unit called a monk. The monk would convert enemy units with a wolololo chant.
