If you want to reduce monitor glare, don't use one painted in gloss black...
Of course I wear them

i'm wearing my gunnars right now. problem?
In the 8 years I've been gaming, in light rooms and dark rooms, with bright CRTs and LCD displays on 60Hz and 100Hz, I've never had a problem with eye fatigue.
Not sure about these. They seem to cost a lot for what they are, like that Bawls drink that used to be the thing. If your eyes are getting tired, a better solution would be to break every couple hours or so like recommended and/or turn on a background light source that won't glare on your monitor if you're using a gloss screen.
Maybe get some sleep.
