2) drag to random folder to empty camera, promptly forget/ignore

Did the same thing when I was recording sounds, had a lot of backlog.

Newbie deleted his post about the poor housekeeping of relatives on the Mormon apocalypse compound.

In this house even the cat knows to be clean and tidy.

I would enjoy reading and commenting on everyone's 'too much information'. Giving good advice is just what I do at the pregnancy crisis center I own in the state of Oklahoma.

So the Mormon (zombie) apocalypse compound doesn't sound too nice, the amenities suck, and you should pack paper dishes. But at least they welcomed you into their home. A lot of people don't have that available in their lives. Do you know why? Because they had an abortion.

Who in the fuck doesn't maintain their guns?

The mormon guy at work continues to be super-stressed, no idea how his family situation worked out, I think he could flip and go postal any moment.

It's not hard to do a lot of things you probably should do, but people just don't.

For instance, Jay could have spent five minutes playing catch with his kids. Instead he elected to post here for 80 pages about how COVID is just a flu and people worried about it are the type who walk around with tissue boxes on their feet. "Must be glad people are dying so you can use hand sanitizer freely," lolwat.

Less extremely, people stop maintaining hobby stuff that is no longer their hobby, to the chagrin of others who still have that hobby. Of course you're unlikely let your guns go in the foreseeable future. It sounds like a pretty big activity for you.

Hunting is OK if its for sustenance, not OK if its for kicks.

I used to shoot rabbits for the cat, the rabbits were going to get shot anyway and no different from picking up a can of rabbit catfood.
He caught enough rabbits himself.

Not this one, the last cat was wild until he adopted us.

Today I received an email from LinkedIn. It likes to make recommendations from time to time. Today it asked me if I want to connect with someone, because based on LinkedIn's algorithm, we may have worked together (we have 3 mutual contacts, LinkedIn points out). Yes, I do know him. In fact, I worked with him until he passed away about 7 years ago. Guess those advanced algorithms don't care whether or not someone has actually logged into their account in the past 5 years before they start recommending connections.

Thank you, LinkedIn, for reminding me of my colleague's death. Appreciate it.
