in new york they mandate fast food restaurants to list the amount of calories each food/drink/meal contains to deter people from over-eating. it has been effective for me. all i get from mcdonalds now is ice cream. +1 bloomberg.
I like McDonald's orange juice. It is healthy enough if you pick the right things and don't consume much. Don't get a diet Coke. Get an orange juice. Don't have 2 Big Macs have one. In fact don't even get a Big mac. Get a snack wrap.

related to the thread topic: i don't own a smart phone so i don't receive any pictures/videos from my friends/family.

it's going to cost me $400 for the phone and an additional $300/year, on top of what i am paying, for the service. i avoid spending more then i must.
