Backing up my Notebook. 1 day remaining. I really need a faster external hard drive

Yeah i think so. My port is 2.0, but the drive is super old. But I never need to use one normally, so I'm stealing some disc space from my 'rents
If your mobo has esata, you could look for an esata external drive enclosure. Would be cheaper than buying a whole new external HDD.

So to back up Windows 7, just backup the libraries folder, desktop and bookmarks from my browser. Any other suggestions before I reformat?
