bf3s.com not wanting to cache my stats

Hey, trying to set up bf3s.com for my stats signature, but it doesn't want to pull my stats.

I've tested every other member in my Platoon and they all come up fine..

I first tried about 25 hours ago, and then again about half an hour ago, and both times I was put in the queue (#1 of 1) then upon second refresh I got the "has been updated within the last 24 hours and returned no results" error.

Is there some criteria I have yet to pass for my stats to cache?

that doesn't seem relevent to my question.... I can make a sig just fine.. eg:

I see you stats. Viewing the page cause you to queue and get refreshed. Score went up.

Im getting the same problem, have been trying for about a week now, same thing every time, "has been updated within the last 24 hours and returned no results" then updating #1 of 1

I looked into it earlier today, but I'm having trouble tracking it down.

For some reason your profile comes back empty. I'll keep trying to track it down. (Annoyingly, on my test server, your profile looks great...)

Please read my first post again, the above player you linked is not me, but a Clan mates.
I was using it as an example that I can view other player profiles to show it isn't a client side issue.

My profile as linked in the last line of my post PID: 206341310 - returns no results, still..

Would be good to have this issue resolved especially since others are having the same issue. However, me personally have decided to use another means to create my Stats Banner (source shall remain anonymous so as to not cross advertise)

I appreciate that you are doing all you can to resolve this and make this site a fully working resource as has been from past Battlefields, and know it is a big task to maintain and develop something like this. I shall keep my eye out, as I may return when my profile works

I found out what's going on -- for some reason my site thinks you are a PS3 player instead of a PC player which is fucking up the stat retrieval.

I'll get it sorted out.

After the code update I just put out, try searching on account name and see if that clears it up. (The account name search will set the correct platform and thus the next update should work correctly).

Wonderful!! All looks like its working now Have to get back in and recode my banner. Cheers for the continued persistence.

Searching by player name makes more sense as it makes it easier to find mates' stats

Now you just need to fix the thread subscription notifications lol

May as well dig up this ild thread than create a new one, as it is kind of related to my first issue.

It seems bf3s.com doesn't like my profile very much! If you go to my stats page here: http://bf3s.com/player/206341310
you will see that my Score breakdown (Directly below the Soldier Image) all comes up with zero's for every class and vehicle type.

you can see that I have indeed earned points for each of the classes and vehicles.

Any ideas why my Profile is not loading these stats?

Also the Unlock tree at the bottom is not showing any progress either... odd..
