Judging from GTA IV's teaser (one of the best teasers of all time IMO), it's going to unveil:

1) Setting
2) Landmarks
3) A new engine/platforms
4) Main character(s)
5) Extremely vague idea of main character's storyline

Don't expect TOO much... but enough to give you a good idea of how it's going to be.

Rockstar is one of the most tightknit developers I've ever seen. I don't think I've ever heard a story ending leaked even a month before release, let alone what's probably at least well over a year to release.

LA is likely, but I think that article was created for the sole reason of boosting their site hits.

I hope Rockstar just threw a bunch of fake rumors out on purpose and it ends up being another major city like Chicago, DC, Philly, etc.

Chances of it being outside of the US are close to 0, btw. GTA is a parody on American life. I know the old GTA's once went to London but it just won't happen with the way the series has been the past 10 years.
