I've had the melee knife fail like that a few times but I've always been able to kill them with burrrets.

The only problem I had with knives is, that I they often failed to insta-kill (with the dog tag animation) a prone enemy when approaching prone myself.
Then I frantically try to hit him with the knife normally and needed to switch back to my gun.

iphone 4s loads youtube windows pretty much instantly. after that it's just down to internet connection, and he could be on the same wireless network as his computer/laptop, anyway. therefore he's just talking shit.
