reading over the comments on the netflix blog, if I were the CEO I'd tell everyone to fuck off. People are really there just to troll. I'd be willing to bet that 90% of the people commenting have never had netflix accounts. i wasn't happy with the price change, but at least he's trying to help people understand why they had to do it ..ie transparency.
