yeah any kind of piercing is a no-go for me personally, not really interested in em. if i did it would have to be something cool like a nip piercing.

btw just 2 straight miles.

not much but considering i haven't been really active lately, proud of myself. wasn't even huffing and puffing that bad either and no cramps. could've gone another mile i bet.
