Shit, I know Xanax goes for 10$ here. Not sure about Valium.

EDIT- and that's on campus, where every drug is ridiculously over priced.

haha $10 a pop? That's ridiculous. USually here you can get them for like $2-$3, even if you're only buying singles.

well i actually have anxiety though, either way i might as well just wait a little longer since it would be hard to get it anyway.

Psychiatrists are shrinks. They're MDs and can actually prescribe medication, which psychologists can't do.
I've never heard anyone use the term 'shrink' to refer to a psychiatrist. Psychologists 'shrink' your head as therapists.

I'm not quite certain you have the difference between the two professions correct. Psychologists generally only provide therapy if they're clinical, but when you say you're visiting a therapist, you're pretty much always talking about a psychiatrist.
