I applied for a summer camp leadership position this year but didnt get the job cause I didnt fill out some horseshit extra stuff they wanted me to put on my resume. Maybe next year though...

what do I do? take them from activity to activity, make sure they don't kill each other or themselves, go swimming with them... that's about it. but it's a 40 h/week job.
