So just got done with my interview for today. Well, I should say interviews since I ended up having three separate interviews for the same job. They liked me, but felt that I'm just a little too young/inexperienced yet. I had a look around the office and everyone there is at least 25 and presumably have been working for a few years. At 22 I felt a little out of my depth. On the plus side they've offered me a place on their graduate training program, so I just have to see how the other interviews/applications work out before I make the choice to join them.
Jump at the chance for a graduate training program. If you can put that on your CV when you leave them, it looks really good for your next employer. That you went from HS, to Uni, into a grad recruit program. Makes it look like you're constantly upping your skillset and are actively pursuing to better yourself.ghettoperson wrote:

Yeah I guess so, I'd just rather jump straight into a well paid job. In terms of careers opportunities its great, I just really want to move out and the job I applied for would have meant I could have lived somewhere pretty awesome.
