well with a broken iphone and thus no authenticator app available anymore, i had to send them a photo of my passport ffs... and they take up to 48 hours to check it. all this just to log into a COMPUTER GAME! maybe warranted back when i had a WoW account worth like £750, but what's the benefit of stealing a starcraft 2 account? this is dumb.
