Why am I not a mod yet?

Seriously?

1. I post well.
2. I haven't been in trouble at all in well over a year and a half.
3. I'm nice to everyone and everyone likes me. From lowing to 13/f/taiwan.
4. I'm insightful, and sincere.
5. I don't hold grudges. I'm a ball of happiness.

So why am I not a mod yet when I obviously have all the attributes for being a successful moderator?

I don't think the mods are gimps at all. I think they are smart and fair people who sometimes make mistakes. I believe they can benefit from my experience and I can also help bridge the gap between the users and moderators.
