I don't like it. I think the Metro UI is great for phones, heck even the Xbox would be fine with it, but I don't like it as a desktop UI. Where the hell are my icons? Or a dock? Looks like they're taking the Apple route of dumbing shit down.

Looks pretty cool so far. I like the idea of tiled views, and who says you won't be able to bundle groups of applications/icons into one tileset? The tile view is just a better graphical representation of a folder anyway. It's not dumbing it down, it's just making it more aesthetically pleasing.
