Martin gives far too much away with the prophecy bullshit and wizards/witches predicting exactly what happens. But whatever.

Is it clear that Snow is dead? I think in general resurrection just cheapens the entire series. I'm ok with magic and such but being able to bring back dead characters is just too much. Combine resurrection with GRRM's love of killing everyone off and it's really hard to give a fuck anymore.
At least I'm still somewhat interested in what will happen in the targaryen arc.

both Cleganes will be brought back (the giant silent knight in kings landing + the Dog with Catelyn, so they can have their show down. It just cheapens the plot. And I have no idea wtf is going on with Bran. That's just turned silly.

Incest scenes are different, they are portraying an incest scene but in real life they are not relatives doing a scene.
