well i take advice from a friend of mine from lubbock texas who grew up on a cattle ranch. ground beef should be a hockey puck and steak can be whatever you want. i like mine medium well.

I order mine medium. I used to always order well done...oh man did restaurants hate me. It has been a progression from leather to medium. I think I will stick to medium though. Just the right amount of cooked and juicy.
