With London having a muslim mayor, whose first action has been to ban pictures of bikini-clad women on the tube, I'd say that tipping point has been passed.

Men are objectively less useful than women when it comes to demographic stability. After a war, women will be very important in rebuilding a nation's population.
we've got over 150 million women in the US. I don't think that's an issue.
