I'm thinking it has to be a spoof of Super Troopers or something. Can't understand why all the comments are like 'this makes me ashamed to be an American' etc. He was breaking the law by quite a bit.

The dude was breaking the law--which is why he should have gotten a ticket.  That cop was also a jerkass, which is unrelated to the original offense.

As far as youtube comments go...

Fired CNN correspondent Rick Sanchez said Friday morning that he would "absolutely" return to CNN if offered the opportunity, acknowledged he had "a chip on his shoulder," apologized for his "offensive comments" and called Jon Stewart "the classiest guy."

In his first TV interview since being fired for his comments last week about Stewart and Jewish people in the media industry, Sanchez appeared on ABC's "Good Morning America" in a chat with George Stephanopoulos to once again apologize.
hahahahaha good luck with that.

People who want jobs, for starters.

IIRC, tomorrow, I'll be 2 months away from the anniversary of graduating (I think 12/14/09 was the day of my last final or day I turned in the last report). If my career isn't started by then (12/14/10), I'm going to be very disappointed

Then again, there's only myself to blame, as I'm not on the job hunt as much as I should be. After a day's work at a shitty office job, I feel like just sitting around and not accomplishing anything.

Irrelevant.  Americans are in need of Federal assistance and the POTUS looks the other way.  I guess that will teach them to vote for the wrong guy...

whatever happened to that little secessionist talk perry is so famous for. seems like he does want to be a part of the country after all.

also, doesnt texas always flaunt the fact that they are in good economic shape?  they could pay for their own problems.

Texas has...via federal taxes.

like texas doesnt get paid to house many of the military's large, important active duty bases.

for example, do you know how much it costs to kill a kill on leased land in fort hood?  ranchers are extorting the federal government any chance they get

Doesn't matter. Texas residents pay federal income (and other) taxes, just like every other American citizen. If there is a natural disaster, they are due federal assistance just like any other American citizen because of that. The federal government can't pick and choose how it follows US Code.
