a lot of employers value the ability to be able to write a simple letter. it's not exactly a complex task. it doesn't bode well if somebody cannot even write formally. it's hardly a high-requirement of the professional writing occupations...

finray, do you really need a fleshed-out work experience section for a call-centre? what are they looking for, 5 year veterans?
