Been a week now. Scabbing almost gone and peeling has been minimal. Should be totally healed in a few more days

I accidentally scraped it against the edge of something last night. Today some skin was lifting. Against good advice I pulled the skin off. Luckily no ink followed it and it's smoother and appears more healed than before. Bonus!

It's almost fully healed. It looks healed, just the middle part is slightly sensitive to touch. Loving it now
A workmate was telling me the other day of a girl he knows who's becoming a tattooist. She's only done one or two actual tattoos on people (practised a lot on pig skin before then) but the guys who run the studio where she's starting to work have told her she has a very steady hand and is really good already. They expect her to own her own studio one day. So I'm thinking about hitting her up for one. Because she's new she does tatts for like $10 that would otherwise be worth $150+

make sure its something you can cover up/turn into something else - just incase it turns out shit. Block colours are usually easy to alter with another design.

Oh definitely. Because she's new as well she's probably pretty enthusiastic right now so it could be cool to sit down with her and work out some ideas.
