Quick Memory Question

My Memory is supposed to be at 800mhz, its only at 400.

It's genereic brand generic ram. Dunno the default timings (I'm assuming thats them though as i haven't fucked with anything)
Any tips/ potential fixes?\\

DDR = Dual Data Rate. 400 is half 800.

It is running at 400Mhz DDR (Double Data Rate) which is effectively 800Mhz.

I was explaining that the reading is normal for DDR.
