unions have their place as a check against unscrupulous owners/managers
but like everything in life there will be people who try twist/use/control things for their benefit.
catering to lowest common denominator is stupid. I guess the union leaders need some more edumacation too. They need to understand that such inefficiencies cause their companies to suffer thus placing all the jobs they are supposedly protecting in jeopardy.
