I'd have to say that if it says "Trappistes" on the front and you don't like it, your beer tastes simply haven't developed enough...

Try the Rochefort (sp?) ones if you like Chimay...I think they're a tad better, but it's all down to personal taste of course.

Someone mentioned beer reviews, so here is some stuff I have drank lately. Also, I just had some skunked Heineken and I think my Innis & Gunn might be skunked as well, so i'm a little pissed. Heineken from tap or can is definitely > green, transparent bottle.

Delirium Nocturnum

If your beer comes with a piece of fruit in it it's either a bad beer (Corona) or it was designed for vaginas (Hoegaarden/Blue Moon).
