In high school my parents never let me play video games during the school week, and it really annoyed me cos I wanted to play. Now in college, I can play whenever I want, yet I don't.
so i was looking at the govts new guideline for sodium intake......2300mg per day max. that sounds like a lot but when you start adding up everything including drinks and coffee..even friggin baby carrots, it sure adds up fast.

Stop consuming so many processed foods, 11B. Also, fresh carrots don't appear to have nearly as much sodium for some reason.
