could go for no tie. You end up taking it off anyway on a party. If you have something other than a black suit, you can just leave the tie

Edit: Wiki says "even recommended doses especially combined with even small amounts of alcohol, have caused irreversible liver failure" with regards to tylenol ... I guess that getting smashed with it in your system is not advisable then.
