Why can't they have like a trial period, say 60 or 90 days to make enough money to support themselves and the family they have with them and at the end of 60/90 days they take the test.
If they fail, then back to whichever country they go. If they pass then welcome to the US, they then have the choice to stay with their current job or go out and find a new one.

How do they decide who to send the forms to? Ssn? Property taxes? Voter registration? All would seemingly indicate citizenship. I guess the homeowner could put down illegals as part of the count. But I think they would not want to do that for fear of getting turned in to ice.Turquoise wrote:
