Bay spends way too much time on humans in these movies. Why do that when you have giant fucking robots from outer space fighting each other? It's supposed to be Transformers, not 'nerdy kid meets robot in a charming family film.'

Looks like crap. Leaving aside that Michael Bay is unlikely to have improved, the robot designs are still crap, cliche's are already obvious and the film's trailer has a glaring historical and continuity error. I doubt Mike's changed the formular at all; same designers, same writers, same hack Director. Then consider that despite the first Transformers movie being a C+ at best the second was considerably worse. A lot worse. This new film's likelyhood of being anything more than a waste of time and money is looking pretty miniscule.
