I can concur that definitely correlates here as well. Most of our immigrants are either from Vietnam, Africa, or Latin America. The Vietnamese don't cause many problems, but some of the Africans do, and so do some of the Latin Americans.Kmar wrote:

I don't think he was suggesting Cubans are the source of all the crime. I think he may have been suggesting that Cubans help push up the average.EVieira wrote:
