There is a spiritual/psychic healer who does surgeries about an hour and a half drive from where I live, in west-central Brazil. With the person standing up, he'll do things like remove tumors using a scalpel, scissors and his fingers to extract it. And all sorts of other surgeries.

I've actually witnessed this in person. I also have a couple of amazing stories with this healer, one with my brother and another with a friend of our family that I'll share in another post.

Now I just heard that Oprah did a show about this healer very recently, where an American doctor from Harvard went there to investigate. I found a youtube video for the show: (there are some gross scenes, with plenty of blood)

How do you explain this? This guys uses no anesthesia and cuts people up...

Interesting stuff. I think we all have the capacity to remain composed in times when we might otherwise be in pain. Perhaps this guy knows how to calm his patients' minds- bypassing the channels an ordinary person might take through years of meditation.

I remember back in the day a guy claimed to do something sort of similar. He'd push and prod on an area of the person that was painful. Then seemingly pull out diseased tissue from the patient leaving no marks on the body. Turns out he had chicken gigblets hidden in one of his hands that he "pulled out" of the body. This guy actually cuts you open. So I guess it's not that similar.

^^ I remember a show on that guy. Think I saw it on 60 minutes waaay back in the day. That was in teh Phillipines if I recall correctly.

I cant actually watch this.
Seeing doctors work is fine, there's just an obvious lack of compassion/hygiene/professionalism with this guy that makes me really uneasy.

that guy was a kook. But I was hoping Eveira would chime back in with his "witnessing". Reminds me of the blood flowing from the statue of the Virgin of Guadalupe hoax a while back. People will believe anything they want to be true even if it flies in the face of reality.

That's fucking crazy. I'm curious as to what would happen if someone who didn't believe in what that guy does had 'surgery' from him, whether or not it's peoples faith in him that's somehow numbing it. But of course if you didn't believe in it who would let someone do that to them?

IMO - it was a sh*tty boob with a big blue vein and the nipple was too wide and smooth.

I need a Hemispherical boob at the most with very little to no ( fold over ) crease.

A perkier nipple with a well textured aureole that sits slightly above the horizontal and pointing slightly out 11:30 and 12:30.

Some what fond of silicon but waiting for them to become adjustable before I put any real pressure on my wife to go custom.

I've had my say and now you know exactly where I stand on the issue.

Well, here's my personal experience with this guy. My brother was having all sorts of stomach problems, ulcers, heart burns, acid reflux, etc. Plus, he was really depressed since we got back from the States, given that he left all of his friends behind (he had just finished high school).

So he went to a regular doctor of course and began treatment for his stomach issues. But my mom wanted him to go see this guy, NOT TO DO ANY OF THOSE CRAZY SURGERIES. That kind of surgery is optional, and we were not up for it. Besides, my bother didn't have any tumors or the like...

So here's what happened, the three of us (me, mom and bro) got there and got in line. When it was my brothers turn, the buy looked at him and told him to stop worrying about getting a job. That he would be employed soon. And that was it. He said nothing of hos health, just of his job.

So, wtf? We told nor talked to anyone there about jobs or anything the like, we weren't even thinking about it. It was incredibly creepy how without anyone saying anything to him the guy knew my brother was unemployed. And the fact is, what really was causing my brothers problems were the fact that he was unemployed. It was more psychological than anything else. When he got a job, he got better within days.

There another more amazing story which is less personal, but I'll post t when I get some more time.
