Primarily getting a larger sedan for the room, since my 16 year old brother is 6'5", and sometimes there are three in the car so with our current cars, its been quite cramped.
Diesel only because of fuel economy with the larger car.

At atmospheric pressure its a gas, its compressed and cooled for storage, turning it into a liquid, hence its a liquified gas.
