When I'm sick with pneumonia or bronchitis I'll sit in a hot shower to breathe in the steam. When it's real bad it's the only thing that makes life bearable.

i suppose a big factor in this would be how big your shower is, or if you have an actually shower-unit or a bath with a shower head
