Gyarados should use Waterfall or Aqua Tail as his primary move. Both Hyro Pump AND Surf are very bad moves to teach Gyarados.

Gyarados should use Waterfall or Aqua Tail as his primary move. Both Hyro Pump AND Surf are very bad moves to teach Gyarados.
