you can play snake inside a youtube video. open a video, pause it, hold down the left arrow and hit the spacebar. it will give you control of a snake with the arrow keys. eat the dots and dont die.

didnt work for me
video just started playing as i hit the spacebar

edit - ok it worked, the video was the same colour as the snake so i couldnt see it
seems to only work 1 out of 10 times though

hold the left arrow key when you hit the spacebar. the video does play though... try a different vid if you can't it to work. sometimes it doesn't work right way... if not, try the key combo again. looks like it needs that little buffer graphic to be happening for it to work.

it definitely looks like the vid needs to be buffering to work. you need that little circle animation, since that's what turns into the snake.

I found it easiest to just click to near the end of the vid and hold the left arrow, game starts about a second later.

The video just seems to skip back a few seconds. Presumably due to holding the left arrow key ...
