I'm at school right now, but is this official? I've checked EA and Dice and still there is nothing posted on the web-sites.
If this is official, I hope that by the time I get off of school the servers will be updated (or at least the majority will be).

Seems largedownloads.ea.com is many, many different servers (it'll redirect you to a local mirror) and that it may only be on one server, so here's a working link:

They didn't. It's just not on all the different EA FTP servers yet. Scroll up a bit for an IP link.

Wait for our release to ensure that you have the correct patch and that it will work with your clanserver. Keep your eyes peeled as we'll be announcing the successful migration to v1.20 when it's done.

Just because it's not on the official website does not mean it's not the official patch. They have to upload it to the servers before announcing otherwise their servers would go down pretty fast.
Btw, why they don't use torrent for such large downloads I don't understand... This is where torrent would make perfect sense.
