Lol, I feel like such a slack-ass for my lack of photography recently.. In 3 months, when this uni semester is over.. remind me to go on a road-trip to central New South Wales to take some pics of rural Australia.

Lol, I've recently come to the realisation that I hate taking portraits. Friends have so much expectation that you'll magically come up with something new and amazing, and then that they will get to keep the pic and put it on their facebook etc (mine at least link the page to my flickr..). But I don't shoot often enough to make the technical side (eg. what settings should the flash be on and where should they be to make this or that effect) second nature.. so the process of creating the photo takes a lot of time.. which my friends can't understand.

tl;dr - landscapes aren't fussy with what you take
