ONly clan members, or specifically, people in the BF3 Squad on the website are able to use the BF3 Kick process. It means that regular members can give themselves a slot, without the need of full rcon backend access.

Reaper, I sent you a PM on the fpsc forums, I think... You basically use procon and right click the people, move to --> whatever.
