We have a crazy person who works at the vehicle licensing. When I traded my UK license she didn't punch a hole in it, just gave it back, she offered to put motorbikes on my South Australian one even though I told her I'd never been near a bike - should have gone with that I guess - and she offered to leave "corrective lenses" off.
A colleague had some document printed upside down the form because she put it in the printer the wrong way up.
Even better, I know two people who got South Australian licenses without taking any kind of test whatever.
