lol
Why do companies ask about sexual orientation and ethic groups on their application forms? Diversity? Fack off, hire who you want, and don't let race affect that.

Because they don't have to pay gay or black people as much, obviously
Perhaps they get tax breaks for the really rare people, like Indo-Chinese bi sexual women.

Ugh, ffs. Gotta do all these annoying e-learning courses for a new lifeguarding job. Taking ages! They're a bit like the driving theory tests, but pointless.
Am now skipping the literature and going straight to the tests, for lulz.

more ego-driven personalities ruining the little community that is left... over-policed, over-sensitive and most importantly OVER-STAFFED
it's like a 1:1 mod-user ratio now, haha.

At times, the ratio seems more than justified.Uzique wrote:

we're all just on borrowed time
btw im fine with everyone except me being a mod-- it would make me the least-douchiest member on the forum, for possibly the first time ever. and who wants to act like they're in a government cabinet and write essay-length Flaming_Maniac reports in private forums all day? nice life

everyone a mod will be like the height of the cold war. the nukes are coming but who will launch the pre-emptive strike on the bans.
As far as I know ken didn't quit ... at least he didn't post anything about it in mod section if he did.
There were multiple reasons for new mods. For one thing, some people actually wanted more. There were also some counter-arguments but the general consensus was to appoint a few new ones.
- Relieve "pressure" on other mods
- Cover all time zones
- Cover all sections
- Promote activity in sections
- Generally shake things up a bit
- There are a whole bunch of inactive mods
- Stop backlog of reports

ig for mod 2012
lolz. as i said who wants to act like they're in a government cabinet, or public-office? your little bullet point list sounds like something you'd get presented with in a corporate boardroom for a company that sells peanuts in taiwan. no thank you. we don't really need new mods or any of those things on the bulleted-list... but whatever makes you guys feel important and that you're doing some sort of 'efficient' job or making 'progress' on bf2s. which you are not. in fact i think bf2s would cope just fine without moderators... the community wouldn't change in any shape, way or form. the same limited-number of people would still come here, the same number of mute-lurkers would still read all day long... just an illusion of helpfulness, in my polite honest opinion.liquidat0r wrote:
